About Itcetera
ITcetera is a web design company founded in 1996 by Wayne Schaaf.
Based in Grand Rapids MI, ITcetera has a growing list of clients from coast-to-coast. Although an on-site client visit is preferred, ITcetera is accustomed to working with clients remotely communicating regularly via email and scheduled phone calls.
Most of ITcetera clients rely on us for a full range of services, including web design and development, hosting, media development, search engine optimization and site maintenance. Others use ITcetera for hosting and maintenance with an intent to use ITcetera for redesign of their website sometime in the future.
Most websites we build include database-driven content pages for the client to be able to update their most critical, time-sensitive content from anywhere they have internet access. This is accomplished by accessing password protected adminsitrative update pages built specifically for each client.
